Ultra Entertainment CD Order Process
Step I
Select your CD replication or duplication package.
Review package options at
http://www.ultraentertainment.com/cd/cd.aspx or to speak with one of
our sales representatives, call toll free at
1-866-847-4507 or direct at 602-334-4741 Ext# 104.
Step II
Download your artwork templates. A set of templates and
art specifications will be provided to assist with the
set up of your custom CD order. These templates are
available for download from our website at
http://www.ultraentertainment.com/Templates/DupTemplates.aspx
Or, contact a sales representative for more assistance
in accessing your templates.
All artwork must be set to the specifications in our
templates to avoid additional design fees. If your
artwork is not set to our guidelines, you will be
notified and you can re-work your art or our design team
can re-work for you at a rate of $35/hr.
Step III
Download the IPR/RRF form and the Terms & Conditions
form from our templates page at the link in Step II.
These forms must be submitted with your Master by mail
or by fax to give us permission to reproduce your CD.

Step IV
Call to place your order and complete your account
set-up by contacting your sales representative to submit
shipping address, payment information, barcode
information and any other pertinent project information.
Step V
Upload completed artwork to your custom drop box. A
custom drop box will be provided to you by your sales
representative when you place your order. Contact your
sales representative toll free at 1-866-847-4507 or
direct at 602-334-4741 Ext# 104.
Step VI
Mail in your Master CD. Please send 2 copies of your
Master CD. Also mail your IPR/RRF and Terms & Conditions
forms, if not they have not been faxed, to us at:

After your artwork, Master CD, payment and IPR and T&C
forms have arrived, and been approved, we will begin the
CD production process. A standard production time for
most orders is 7 business days plus ship time. If you
have a specific in-hands date to meet, please let us
know when submitting your order. If you have any
