How It Works

As an Ultra Entertainment Partner you will receive amazing benefits! For all eligible orders that you place or that are placed with us directly by your referrals, you will receive partner discounts for amazing savings. And, each CD/DVD order that is placed will bring you closer to our VIP membership level and all of the amazing benefits it includes! In addition to discounts on orders you place directly, you can also receive commission on eligible orders that you refer to us. Simply refer your clients to our company for their service needs and receive commission on all applicable orders. (See Details for receiving referral credit.) We make referrals easy by providing you with all of the marketing materials you will need that will be pre-printed with your company information, logo and Discount/Referral Code!

All you need to do is bring you order to us or refer your clients to Ultra Entertainment for their CD, DVD, Print and other services needs. When your client contact’s us they just need to submit your referral information and we will set up their order under your referral account on your behalf. Once your client has finished their project with us, your referral credit will be applied and your commission will be processed. All commission payouts will come via your Pay Pal account at the end of each month.

IMPORTANT - Receiving Your Referral Credit
In order to receive referral credit, we must receive your referral information when the order is processed. There are 4 easy ways to ensure you get credit for your client’s orders.

Option #1 – Provide your client with one of the FREE promotional materials provided by Ultra Entertainment. When your client calls with your assigned Discount Code or submits the promo card with their Master CD, your account will be automatically updated with your referral credit. Your client must submit the discount code when the order is placed to receive credit. To make sure your client submits the code at the time of the order, we have set it up so your client will receive free posters or other print items as an incentive to use their Discount Code which helps to ensure you will receive your commission.

Option #2 – Call your personal Ultra Entertainment service representative at 866-847-4507 to provide your customers' name, band/business name, address and phone number. We will set up their account as a referral account for you. Every time your customer places an order you will get credit!! When the order is completed and paid for, you will receive your commission credit. (NOTE - You cannot set up a referral account for an already existing Ultra Entertainment client. It must be a new and unique account.)

Option #3 – For Studio Partners at the Premier level or above, you can submit a ‘Partner’ Master disc with your order. Code will be pre-printed on the Master disc and credit will automatically apply. (Contact your representative for more details.)

Option #4 – (NEW FEATURE COMING SOON) In the future months, you will be able to enter your client’s information directly online under your account. As a partner you will have access to submit your client’s information directly to us. We will set up their account and when they contact us to order, they will already be set up as a partner account referral under your name.


Terms & Conditions

All applications to the partner program will be reviewed. Upon acceptance, the terms and conditions of the agreement will apply. Either party may choose to terminate the program participation at anytime. Termination needs to be submitted by mail or email. Ultra Entertainment reserves the right to accept or deny any application.

Ultra Entertainment General Agreements:
Dependant upon the partner program chosen, Ultra Entertainment will provide a paid commission and/or discounts and/or FREE materials to partners and their clients as described in program membership details.

Partner General Agreements:
Partner will refer clients to Ultra Entertainment for CD, DVD and print services by one of the approved options listed in membership details. Partner will keep all account information current including name, address, contact information, Pay Pal Account Information and Federal Tax ID Number when applicable. Partner will use the printed referral materials and place the Ultra Entertainment referral program logo on their website.

Partner Referral Credits:
Partners must provide Ultra Entertainment with the referred project information before the order is placed. Ultra Entertainment must have all referred project information prior to the shipment of the project. If project is completed and shipped before referral assignment, the credit will not be applicable for this referral. Any exceptions to these terms are at the sole discretion of Ultra Entertainment.

Partners must use one of the following methods to set up a client referral and must provide Ultra Entertainment with current and accurate referral information including contact and project information.

Only one commission or discount will be paid for each referral. Discounts and Commission can not be combined on the same order. Ultra Entertainment will not be responsible for referrals that are not properly submitted.


Referral Commissions
Ultra Entertainment will pay commission on any paid and eligible order made under the partner program. Commission will vary depending on the product ordered. All partners must establish a Pay Pal account for commission payouts. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.


Commission Payouts
All commission checks are processed at the end of each calendar month. It is the partner’s responsibility to ensure that their Pay Pal account information is correct and current on their account. In the case that we have agreed to mail a check, it is the responsibility of the partner to ensure that the mailing address is accurate and current in their account. Ultra Entertainment will not be responsible for any checks mailed to an incorrect address. Any stop payment fees will be deducted from the partner’s commission amount.
