Professional Fan Club Set Up
The Professional Fan Club Set Up option is designed to help artists build, organize and implement professional and successful Fan Clubs. When run properly, Fan Clubs can provide a significant amount of revenue for your band or project. A custom Fan Club will be designed and organized based on your project needs and your fan base demands. You will be provided with all of the tools and resources to run a successful Fan Club. Your custom Fan Club will include, but is not limited to, the following features:

• Fan Club Recruitment – We will create a Fan Club invitation letter to go out to all fans in your database. We will also create a special Fan Club banner to be posted on your website to notify fans, and visitors to your website, of your Fan Club and how to join your membership options. We will encourage active participation in your Fan Club from all visitors to your website.
• Private Fan Club Section – Members of your Fan Club will have a private area on your website which will include access to exclusive perks for Fan Club members only. We will also create a welcome message to your fans to thank them for showing their support.
• Fan Club Contests – We will create a Fan Club Contest area where you can feature contests for your Fan Club members to participate in. You can decide how many contests you want to hold each year. Instructions, rules and guidelines for all contests will be listed here.
• Media Section – This area will provide your Fan Club members will access to exclusive photos, exclusive songs, exclusive interviews and more. We will provide complete set up an design of your ‘Members Only’ area.
• Screen Saver – As a bonus membership feature, we will create a custom Screen Saver for your Fan Club members to download. Only Fan Club members will have access to this special feature.
• Private Fan Club Message Board – A private ‘members only’ message board will be created for Fan Club members to chat. This will be an ideal place for artists to have direct access to members of their Fan Club and to regularly post messages to members of their Fan Club.
• Fan Club News – This area will be created to feature special news available to Fan Club members only.
• Quarterly Ezine – Fan Club members will automatically receive membership rights to view your Fan Club Ezine. This online magazine will be created to provide your fans with exclusive information on your band or project. Ezine contents may include special articles, new facts, special interviews, new photos, etc…
• Photo Galleries – In addition to the special band photos your Fan Club members will have access to in your media section, your fan club members will also have the opportunity to upload photos of themselves in the private Fan Club Member photo gallery.
• Fan Club Package Options – The Fan Club packages will be organized and displayed on your website for fan selection.

Fan Club Management Services*
Management services are generally required to run your Fan Club. The daily activities to run a professional Fan Club are extensive and require active monitoring. Our Fan Club management services will ensure that your Fan Club members are well taken care of and receive what they expect to receive when they sign up for one of your Fan Club packages. Fan Club Management activities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Fan Club Development – We will work directly with the band to build and implement your Fan Club packages. This includes ordering your fan club materials. We will help you to determine the best Fan Club options for your fans as well as for the best profit margin for the band.

• Ezine Development – We will work closely with the band to create your quarterly or bi-quarterly Ezine. We will assist with copy, editing and feature development.
• Fan Club Customer Service – Running a Fan Club is like running a business. Your fans will be purchasing a membership into your Fan Club and they will expect great things! We will ensure that your fans are well taken care of. We will respond to all questions or concerns within 24 hours. We will also have a toll free customer service line for your fans to access a real, live operator.
• Order Processing – We will handle all of your Fan Club membership processing and handling including the initial Fan Club enrollment to shipping out their membership supplies. All items will be shipped with your Fan Club logo on all package and invoice materials.
