Easily Import Email Addresses
A great way to increase your fan base is by collecting email addresses at shows or events. Often you can have one or more Street Team members or dedicated fans help you with that effort. The FMS Platform makes it simple to import those names. Simply enter the email addresses separated by a semicolon. They will be automatically added to the system and a welcome email will be sent! You can even personalize the welcome email based on where they signed up. For example...“Thanks for coming out to the show in Phoenix!” An Event Code can also be associated with the entries. This gives you the ability to offer an incentive to get fans to give up their email address. At the show you can announce 10% off or a prize drawing if they sign up at the show.

You can also use this feature to import your existing fan base from another system/file/database and send news of your new website! This ensures that fans won’t get lost in the move!
